Second life: An Amazing App Worth Trying!

 

   Hello,everybody! Hope y'all doing great. I feel excellent to be here with you as always!

  I know that you are all curious about what I'm going to talk about for today. Stay calm, and be ready beacuse I am going to mention a great platform which is called Second Life.

     As its name suggests, Second Life is basically a game that allows its users to experience a virtual second world. I can say that there is no limitation for its users in regard to experiencing a virtual life through this platform. There are unlimited entertainment sources that enables you to create your own designs such as clothes, houses, vehicles, goods and so on.

   Besides, you can create your own avatar through choosing one and then making some regulations on it. Here you can have a look at mine (:





    Moreover, the best aspect of the application is that you can create a virtual classroom, make your students participate in the classroom through various avatars, and conduct your lesson via presentations in this virtual classroom. As a student, it would be marvellous for me to take a course in this virtual world. 

    In addition you have the chance to visit wherever you wish just with a quick click. Imagine that you are keen on visiting every corner of a city but since you neither have enough time nor money, you cannot. However, stop worrying! You can visit these places on this virtual world which will make you have some ideas about these destinations.

   When it comes to signing in, you firstly go to the https://secondlife.com/ and filling up the blanks which require your username,gender, date of birth and other stuff. Then after receiving activation code, you can start enjoying it!

Telecollaboration: I've Experienced Virtual Exchange!

      Hi, everybody! I hope everything is going okay with you! I'm all steamed up over sharing one of my unique experiences with you!       Before starting,, I would like talk a bit about the notion lays behind the telecollaboration. I can say that it is an approach that aims to simplify the process of language learners. In other words, it fundamentally tries to connect these language learners to collaborate within a computer-mediated scope to enable them to improve their language skills.     In this context, in our Material Design in English Teaching course, we were given such a great chance! Everyone was divided into groups, and each group comprised of 6 students.
